To complicate things, this is unintelligble to non-US people who generally call what you call "jell-o" jelly, and what you call "jelly" we call jam.

But... US folks call jam jam too. Jam and jelly aren't the same. At least, in France we'd also have the difference between configure and gelée.

Well, thought I'd fixed the configure typo and now it's too late.

But obviously, I meant confiture.

Yes, but have you decoded the ontological kerygma of the gestalt. No point synergizing paradigms unless you've got the kerygma sorted.

kerygma is not a management bullshit word. I have never heard a manager say kerygma. Or anyone, for that matter. I've heard a non-manager say gestalt at least once... And the last time I heard "ontological" was someone trying to explain "lowkirkentologicalockedinlowstate" which is not manager BS but merely tiktoker BS.

That's because your managers aren't that good. If they were they'd be extolling ontological kerygmas like they were the synergistic forward path of the gestalt.

Jeez man, you should probably get a new job if your managers aren't up with the milieu of the now!

This is what offices exist for. In fields where efficiency matters, you end up with contractors, working remotely, getting paid by the project, and not being tied to one company. This is how lots of engineering and architecture works as well as many other fields. In a work environment dominated by office social situations, language plays a key role in establishing social status, but there are other forms of posturing…

HR has its own language rules because their job is to police language that could be considered hostile, and because they do things like hiring and firing, and that comes with very specific legal implications.

there is definitely a proscribed way of doing HR and that also comes with definitions and language.

many field are like this, and it's not some magical pop organizational psychology
