Tools such as Akasha[1] and IPFS[2] and ZeroNet[3] can't arrive on the scene soon enough, imho. I think we're on the cusp of seeing these corporate-tools lose their grip on the populace, once Akasha becomes usable by the common man. Hooking it onto blockchains provides what advantage over pure IPFS?

I don't see why this comment was killed. The comment does seem to be relevant to the broader discussion, and it isn't aggressive or hostile in tone. I don't fully agree with all parts of it, but it should be allowed to stand in the conversation.

Yes, I can see it, so if you were shadowbanned then you aren't anymore. (For the record, I'm not sure if HN issues shadowbans for anything other than obvious spam.)
