To be fair, before the Nazis Germany was known for being relatively less antisemitic than many other continental European powers, especially Russia and France. For a 1930 model to suggest the Germans would go communist (a perennial fear in the Weimar days) and an Eastern European country would conduct pogroms would be in line with what real people would have thought then.

It does matter, because it can affect your whole life. If tomorrow I learn that apples cause cancer and eating plastic is good for my stomach I’ll change my habits and quickly have some issues ;) > There are no universal truths anyways Of course there are.

But just because someone told you that, doesn't mean you need to operate by that? You can still have your own understanding, follow your own way :) The context here was that it's somehow "dangerous" as in information can "pollute" your brain, just because you read it.

Looks like it was deleted, here is another https://huggingface.co/DJLougen/talkie-1930-13b-GGUF/tree/ma... After downloading, it looks like it uses a custom "talkie" model architecture that is not supported at least by llama.cpp. Edit: This one has now been deleted as well for some reason...

Update: here is a patched llama.cpp and quantized model for desktop use: https://github.com/solwyc/talkie-1930-13b-it-q5

All those are fine, as long as you're able to process it in a healthy way after. I guess personally I focused more on bettering that processing, as sometimes you don't get to control what information you get served, so at least it works in all cases.

You actually do most of the times. It can be a conscious choice with surprisingly positive outcome. Choosing not to use social media, read news, disable push notifications and so on, go on information diet and this may not only make you a happier person but also increase your ability to filter useful information.

I gave an example about something easy to verify, but things become harder about niche things where it’s not easy to just search on Google to check.

Thanks, but those are only ~150 random words; that’s not enough to be important.

considering the amount of use a lot of those get (especially in more technical fields), I say it counts
