Amazing! I keep banging on about how Microsoft is building the business lock-in of the next decade, and this is a sign of it. Put down your snubs about Clippy and frothing about "EEE" and look at that announcement: > " Business Chat works across the LLM, the Microsoft 365 apps, and your data — your calendar, emails, chats, documents, meetings and contacts — to do things you’ve never been able to do before. I consider the MS Language Servers pretty much the most important bit of vscodes IDE functionality as it provides autocompletion, lookup, refactoring etc, which is the feature i was specifically thinking of here. They were originally all open source, but aren't anymore. they're still free (as in beer), but their licence only allows usage with the official visual studio code distribution
The thing is that those extensions are Microsoft's, and as problematic as some people consider the situation to be, Microsoft has all the right to limit the licence for these extensions. EVERY professional athlete is juicing. Most of them just don't get caught.
Is Steph Curry juicing? If so how so? EPO? It's not going to make you shoot better. All pro golfers?
Nor do the muscles (from the point where you are strong enough so the ball can reach the basket), and yet you will not see a basketball players that is not muscular.
PEDs allow you to gain muscles faster and have greater stamina, all of which is beneficial.
