I've seen this same thing happen with MIT licenses...I would only consider it a real win or loss for FOSS when a court says something about it, and I don't consider facilitating online bullying to be something to be proud of. Just use the law like an adult, starting with a simple C&D.

What bullying? The forum banned the user and DMCA notices removed the content, seems fine to me and an actual reasonable use of DMCA.

fraudulent people are gonna do more fraudulent shit. more news at 11. once the money dries up, these people will be on the next 'wave' without retrospective of what led to failures before. the past gets buried like it never existed.
