I like your opinion. I founded a startup at 40 as a part time job and it was a correct decision during covid19 crisis. My company is quite successful. It takes about 3000 hours to be sustainable. 10000 hours is an overrated term

You don't have to master anything to switch careers. I switched careers from marketing to software development at 37 yo.
