1. Exercise 6 days/week. 2. Work on one thing at a time (no more multi-tasking). This includes not doing something else while talking to somebody. 3. Plan out when to do work the day it's assigned, and don't leave it to the last minute. 4. Meditate daily. 5. Minimize distractions. That is, no reddit, less Facebook, Twitter, and HN.
