What is unsafe about writing some code? I don't get this.. also this is like an anime character...wha..?
The code is safe because it's Rust (I'll be here all week) but the death threats are the unsafe part.

i am still able to see it; perhaps you're not a paying subscriber, which i (regrettably) am. edit: yes you do need a phoronix premium or have been a forum member for 3+ years to view the thread.

There of handfuls of programming v-tubers on twitch/youtube with avatars ranging from animals to anime girls and ASCII animations.
It's just another aspect of streaming culture at this point.
