Yikes. Getting dangerously close to saying the quiet part out loud with that crack about "the right people".
This seems like an overly paranoid worldview and an attempt to blame me for your "doom and gloom" view of the world.
Right people as in "people who will do the job they are paid to do", with the wrong people being "people who refuse to do the job they are paid to do".
You know, the standard, widely accepted definition of "the right people".

This... isn't necessarily something I'd disagree with. This being the Trump administration, I suppose there might be some skeletons hiding later on in the text.
They also talk about the distinction between "sex" and "gender". You're still free to choose any gender you like!
