You can also add declining sperm quality and sperm count. No idea if they both have the same root cause.. First thing coming to mind is stress and bla bla. But i dont think it's the real cause. My gut says plastic..

specifically, pthalates.

Mixture of biological and psychological reasons. Female orgasm is bounded to emotional perception by default. There is no only "mechanical" orgasm in women with deep satisfaction as a result. In modern times, the war between genders, the stress of public image and trend of conformism, the fear of missing out. Quality of food, air, water and sleep. Lack of regular physical activity. Chemical supplements and abuse of medicaments. But stay calm and love the corporations. Soon sexual needs and human reproduction will be augmented with pills and genetic engineering.

You would be partially correct.

We have a problem with our tap water whereas estrone, estradiol, estriol, and ethinylestradiol are forever chemicals that are not removed from the water. Hormone replacement therapy and contraceptives are >90% of the source of these.

If you don't filter the water you drink you are experiencing low grade intake of estrogens. This is what water filters are meant to remove and they do. Hence why we have such a huge 'water filter' industry.

It doesn't stop there and why you are partially correct. BPA: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bisphenol_A

The problem with BPA is that BPA is a xenoestrogen, exhibiting estrogen-mimicking, hormone-like properties.[6] Although the effect is very weak, the pervasiveness of BPA-containing materials raises concerns.

If you microwave plastic container holding food. You almost certainly have put a xenoestrogen into your food. Sure we have sort of banned BPA from baby bottles but we haven't done anything to the average person.

We are still going: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phytoestrogen

Soybeans, Flaxseeds, lentils, etc. All pretty high in isoflavones. Which act like estrogens. Many studies have proven that eating soy or similar foods while in menopause gives benefits in reducing problems. Because of 'conflicting studies' and therefore there's no conclusions and we just keep going forward.

When you put all of these sources of estrogen together. You are absolutely producing a hormone replacement therapy on tons of people.

when women get too much estrogens they become 'estrogen dominant' obviously. https://chapelhillgynecology.com/signs-of-estrogen-dominance...

You also get general problems of HRT symptoms in men.
