1. Fully remote. 2. Miles away from our office. Our office is overseas. 3. I just create a routine and stick to that schedule. I take on as much work as I can, but there's only so much I can complete in a day. I know my limitations, I set my boundaries based on my schedule and workload, and I don't extend myself beyond. 4. Pros. I have the flexibility to take care of appointments and errands. There's no need to commute, no traffic. I can do the work, anytime and anywhere. I can save money, time and I can wear anything. :) Cons. There is no physical separation between work and leisure time. Lonely as you were working alone. :( 5. Having a separate room for office is great but the distractions from the kids, well... :P 6. I’ve been working remotely for over eight years now, so definitely.

How do you handle time zone differences?

1) Mostly remote (I show up at the office for meetings once a fortnight or so)

2) 20 minutes bus ride

3-4) Pros: I work better at home (I'm more relaxed and more concentrated), don't need to spend time on the commute. Cons: I miss seeing my colleagues for random chats, I get less exercise.

6) On the whole I like it, but I would prefer to spend a bit more time (maybe one or two days a week) at the office.

How do you handle time zone differences?

They don't usually require me to be awake all the time (online at all times) , as long as you've deliver your task on time, it's fine.

Time zone app is also very useful. I put each of them to my world clock app so I won't missed any deadlines or meetings.
