Not sure if I agree.

Until people started getting technical, they weren’t really passing the bucket to anyone. It was only partially with the LANDR lie, and then with the final accusation that they really “passed the bucket”.

Blocking commenters, having employees and endorsers mock customers, all that was 100% Daddario.

In fact a lot of people commended them for not throwing employees under the bus before it happened.

Getting Claude to make the same exact mistake twice in non-deterministic manner takes real effort!

Mmm it's still a toss up. Humans are also non-deterministic AF but I'm sure you're familiar with the 'common pitfalls' trope. The 'mea culpa' guy did mislead the Daring Fireball guy, indicating he is full of shit, but LLMs do have an established homogeneity about them.
