#291So what? Americans emit 3x as much CO2 per capita as does the rest of the world. The Chinese emit half as much CO2 per capita than do the Americans. This problem will not be solved on a per nation basis, it's going to be solved on a per person basis with each person taking responsibility for their own carbon footprint.
