Lufthansa. Doesnt matter though, no matter what they do they aren't going to take away the fact I'm stuck on a airplane for 15 hours. I'm also the kind of person who prefers to get up and get something rather than be served.
If you have to travel, then would you rather spend the 15 hours in Economy class or First class?

Craigslist has competition. However, it works really well, loads very fast, and makes a lot of money. There's no motivation, then, to make the UX "better."
No motivation? How about not making your users miserable?
As it stands, they've chosen to make the people who don't use the site miserable.
I'm not sure why you'd expect them to make the people who do use it miserable.

No, I flew international first class and international economy. I stand by what I said, it's the difference between being uncomfortable and being slightly less uncomfortable. You're still stuck on a plane.

First class, but I wouldn't pay extra for it. Well maybe ~25 dollars extra.
