Alright, well, now that that's done - let's go find all those people in the past threads who were saying things like SBF will never be arrested.
Arrested is great progress. Now lets see him convicted and sentenced, and ideally not allowed to suicide his way out of the process.

They ask about the real estate purchases, they ask about the transfers, they ask about conflicts of interest and criminal liability. How can a live unedited interview with those questions be a puff piece?
Say it with me: Blockchains mathematically prevent fraudulent misuse of deposits Yes, on/off ramps are an issue. Yes, blockchains do not prevent physical threats of violence or profound custodial negligence. No, SBF would not have been able to defraud millions of depositors on a blockchain where everyone self-custodied.
Blockchains never had a chance. It was designed to be a ponzi from the start. If you took it as something more than that then the joke is on you.

He cashed out $300M at Series B and took a $1B loan from FTX. So yeah, ~10% went to Lambos and the rest of the $10B to his gambling habit.

Hm... does that mean she gets away scot-free? Not sure that's fair, she seems very complicit.
2nd in command is a great position to be in when defecting to the government, but probably not scot-free. Expect a year or two in jail vs 3-5 for SBF.
Guess that's one way to get out of testifying before the US Congress.

It's clear Caroline Ellison has turned against him. Stephanie Avakian, former SEC enforcement chief, is representing her in NY. I'm guessing they wouldn't have been able to file charges this quickly without Caroline becoming a cooperating witness.
She is also VERY well connected to the SEC. It wouldn't surprise me if they gave her a sweetheart deal.

It's purely my opinion: She was staying completely silent since the moment FTX collapsed while he was spilling the beans everywhere. She obviously cut a deal while he was parading on social media for god knows what reason instead of shutting his mouth. SBF is a complete moron who didn't understand how the party was already over for him, I put it on his upbringing given the kind of ideology his scholar parents preach…
