It seems to me that certain people fixate on free speech because they have the luxury to be able to. It's like once they've progressed past a certain level of Maslow's hierarchy they forget about the previous levels. First step of the free speech agenda: Breathe.
Claiming a stance is a result of "luxury" is not the shortcut to win a debate that you imagine it to be.
