Pain from gout is excruciating. It is incredibly painful, and you can't put pressure on it, you can't even cover it with a light sheet, you can't sleep... and it goes on for days, sometimes weeks. My longest attack was 2 months long. Standard opioids didn't touch. Should have tried MJ instead.

I disagree with this though. I've been smoking and vaping for years and every time my throat feels weird. I've been making these oils that is just Hemp or Coconut Oil with the flower infused in it. It lasts a lot longer, but takes much longer to start. Around 2 hours whereas smoking is right away.

I'm not claiming there's no problem. however, in my experience, using a lower vape temperature is key. high vape temps actually do burn the material, which leads to much harsher smoke and coughing.
