Another great one was Jon Eats Carrots, which was a fisheye lens of a man eating carrots for 10-20 minutes at a time. He did hundreds. He also did a series on him counting to 100,000.
Also Bryan Ropar has a channel where he talks about his favourite plastic outdoor chairs - he has over 600 of them now (videos that is, probably more chairs).
Youtube is a wonderful place.
