Sociodemographic factors, average body mass index, fasting and random glucose levels, and hemoglobin A1c concentrations didn't change from 2016 to 2021. That's especially perplexing.

How so? Ate more healthily at home, walked more, got outside more generally. Physical health likely improved with lockdowns.
