hey OP, did you strip out the GPS coordinates from the pictures?
There are other systems to find a geographical place without numerals.

I think I have an idea what needs to be done, but I'm stuck on trial and error with the exact details. 10 was difficult in a different way than the prior puzzles, and honestly was a little chilling once I figured it out. Good luck, I'm sure you can get it!
