During the interview he keeps hammering about only using free software. I wonder what technology they used to record this interview.

It's clear from the video that that wasn't intended as direct quote. I think it's a fair summary of this actual quote. "If you look at children, children are almost, I would almost say definitely, but almost immune from this disease. So few. Hard to believe.
