Seasoned full-stack developer here—focused on solving problems:

▸ Recently finished a multi-year modernization of the backend platform for congress.gov, specifically their substantial ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) data pipeline.

▸ Worked at a number of Internet-facing companies during high-growth periods. Can do it all.

▸ Have extensive experience designing, developing, and maintaining distributed graphics production pipelines for visual effects companies, under harsh deadlines.

▸ Have trained and mentored developers, tech-folk, and end-users as well.

▸ Love building reliable, well-documented, and maintainable systems.

Let’s crush your issues! Cheers,

Location: Berkeley, CA

Remote: Yes, open to on-site or hybrid

Willing to relocate: Yes

Technologies: Python, C++, C, SQL, PyTorch, vLLM, Nsight Systems, Docker, AWS, Azure

Email: dima@berkeley.edu

GitHub: https://github.com/dimablue

New grad from UC Berkeley (BA Computer Science, graduating Dec 2026), looking for roles after graduation.

Currently an LLM engineer intern at an early-stage stealth startup, working on vLLM inference profiling and benchmarking. Past experience: ML intern at CERN's ATLAS experiment, research at Berkeley's Ma Lab on physics-inspired learning models, and C++/Python tooling for embedded flight hardware at the UC Berkeley Space Sciences Lab. Also a project manager at a UC Berkeley club called Neurotech@Berkeley, where we build ML/software projects, like reconstructing images from fMRI signals with diffusion models.

Interested in small teams and anything where I can learn fast and write useful software. I know my background reads researchy but I am interested in both SWE and ML work, and I enjoy building software tools that make life easier!
