What delivery medium (especially in the USA) has the throughput to deliver anything worthy of being called "4K?"

Netflix streams 4k, granted it’s compressed. Why couldn’t Apple stream 4k sports content?

The point is that most U.S. cable doesn't deliver enough data for anything approaching legitimate 4K.
