Software developer open to full-time positions, looking to work in interesting fields or for interesting companies. Highly motivated to learn, contribute, and design cool software. My strength's lie in React and JS at the moment. Currently dabbling with Rust, TypeScript, and Redux for fun. Fully open to remote or local to the Raleigh-Durham area.

I love plotting and data visualization. Specifically bio -omics but open to new opportunities.

I have finished a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard looking to break from academia. My PhD dissertation was in graph and network theory, applying nonlinear models to all kinds of 'omics, and I now work on time course trajectory modeling with LSTMs mostly, as well as integration of many 'omics to predict novel therapeutics.

I am a continuing contributor to open-source projects, in particular to the netZoo package https://github.com/netZoo/ and genespider https://bitbucket.org/sonnhammergrni/genespider/src/master/

My email to you bounced. I was complimenting you on your ad here.. bravo :D

Fixed. Thanks for letting me know. Restored a database from backup that was taken two days prior to me adjusting something on the server, and the "wanted@" email address wasn't part of the original backup. Oddly it was working yesterday, prior to me doing the restore operation so I was kinda confused at first. My first thought was "No, you're wrong, it works fine" and then my second thought was "Lemme just check the server." /insert Drake & Lil Yachty computer GIF

I'm not sure how I feel about linked-in being used as your resume but I think it's an interesting concept! Would be cool if a site could convert your linked-in into a nicer format (remove linked-in specific things like people recommendations and chat section).

What is LinkedIn if not a resume?
