Yes, I do. I've not found meditation to be an absolute silver bullet for RSI in the same way that I found appropriate stretches, trigger point therapy, and Pilates to be. How does that work, going to a therapist? He knows how to ask the right questions? How many sessions did you have to go to? I don't have massive amounts of money unfortunately.
Note: make sure you're going to a therapist - someone with years of training in the theory and practise of psychotherapy - not an untrained/semi-trained "counsellor".
