Then someone willing to "summon the demon" will outgrow you and you'll end up working for them.

You can't fix capitalism period. The issue was never a lack of "good guys" building "meaningful things". The economic pressures always push out the naive in favor of the ruthless. And wealth gets concentrated in fewer and fewer hands until a class of oligarchs emerges that is powerful and psychopathic enough to take over the government and dismantle democracy for personal gains.

Happened in Germany, happening in America right now.

That's exactly what's happening with the far-right and nazism labeling (in the EU the nazi label is worse compared to terrorist, also legally).

Nitpicking here, but nazi repression was not only against jewish people. Also against other claimed inferior races (eg. tsigans), but also handicapped people, homosexuals... and very relevant to this thread, communists and anarchists.

Yeah, good point. I only mentioned Jewish people because that's where I've seen the strong similarities between the propaganda then and now, but I'm sure there's also plenty of examples for the other groups that were targeted.
