Hi, I'm Chris.I'm a hands-on software engineering leader with over 20 years experience who is passionate about creating powerful and usable software that betters the human condition.
I've jump-started multiple teams and products using the right mix of strategy, technology, and talent. I've worked with founders, product, and UX to refine their vision and establish a technology culture and architecture that delivered immediate value while preserving options for the future. Having implemented multiple early products with my own hands, I have also enjoyed incrementally evolving existing platforms and processes to be more impactful.
Check out my resume and website for details of the products I've helped launch, but they include a cancer patient / clinical-trial support app (as head of engineering) and patient- and provider-facing digital workflow tools including insurance pricing estimates (cited as a key asset in the $375M acquisition of a genetic testing company).
I'm seeking a leadership role such as founding engineer or head of engineering at an early stage company. I'd prefer a full time role but would consider consulting arrangements for salary and equity. I care deeply about and will work hard to grow both your product and the team that builds it.

I'm a hands on team lead with ~15 years and 5 startups under my belt. I excel early stage and would love an opportunity to set up some best practices from scratch - or work with a team that mindfully created their MVP with a stable foundation.Special interests include Unity, AR/VR, and geolocation. I'm creating a pixel tactical RPG in my spare time and previously created a pokemon go-esque walking tour to honor a little known blues musician.
A decade ago I spent a few years in big data tech, creating an ETL system that processed 500 million data points a day on a colocated hadoop cluster.
I have healthcare experience as well - and enjoy making social impact.

YC Founder (w22), looking for a new challenge :)More often I act as a leader for teams, sometimes as a contributor.
I've co-created high-compliance data-architectures, apps managing sensitive PII, large "mechanical turk"-like pipelines, etc... I've worked across the product-development stack, from deep-backend jobs to user-facing applications to product management and user-research roles. Check out my CV for more info.
I'm looking for CTO/VP-of-engineering/Engineering Manager type of roles, where my contribution is measured as a multiplier of effectiveness of the developer team(s).

I have proven work ethic in Middleware, UI/ux and deployment automation. Linux problems need not apply.
Last year: I briefly worked on an NLP project I hacked together in the summer and I have made some open source 'contributions' to Freebsd distro ravyn OS. I have also provided workflow charts for contractual gigs and crypto work in years past.
I have some machine learning experience and hope to contribute these derivative works.

Hi, I'm Dax.I have over 15 years of experience in Software Architecture, (Lead) Software Development and DevOps roles. My strengths lie in creating stable, scalable and performant systems with a deep knowledge of overall architecture. I am meticulous in my work and have a high regard for correctness. I have a knack for refactoring and improving existing systems while minimizing breaking changes.
I have worked with many different languages, a lot with Ruby (on Rails), but also with Elixir, Go, Rust, C, Bash and I have my fair share of client side JavaScript/TypeScript and React experience. I love working with PostgreSQL and optimizing both queries and overall server performance. I've also done quite a lot of DevOps, from setting up more traditional stacks with ansible to containerization on AWS Fargate and Kubernetes, using Terraform for infrastructure as code.
I've been working with Rust since before its 1.0 release. I have used it for many personal projects and experiments (some of them available on my GitHub). I have applied it professionally on few occasions at previous positions. I consider myself quite capable using the language with roughly 2 years of experience in the language. I'm looking for a great opportunity to work primarily with Rust related to my previous skills or more towards system programming.
