A navy base on the contested straight of hormuz is always going to be a priority target. Militaries have pre existing contingency plans. Typically military bases don't move very fast.

#151The Pentagon's OWN Satellite imagery confirmed the school was walled off, painted brightly, had children daily and featured a play area by 2016. If >10 years aren't sufficient to update a target list for a bombing, then I don't know what to say.
