Also, implicit in the government's requirements is that they require mass domestic surveillance capabilities. Imagine a large government tool that for each citizen there is an antagonist OpenClaw-like set of agents surveilling and potentially acting against every public interaction and occasionally hallucinating.

#159This might actually make Anthropic very popular among those who do not support the current US presidency, a significant market share.
My first thought here was that Anthropic just became the first call for Europe to discuss AI services and infrastructure. I wonder if a US company has ever wholesale emigrated before?
