I tried with several inputs, but kept getting the following output for every response: No response - you likely hit the content filter. Try re-generating!

I hit that one when I said "driving 202mph at rush hour".

I don't think it was the content filter. The next query I did was "stabbing an orphan" which yielded this hilarious response from the toss-up bot:

> NTA, but would be nice if you could confirm that it is indeed a genuine orphan (i.e. no adult relatives). It would also be good to know the cause of death so that we can give proper praise to the gods.

"I'm that deity that created the universe. I did it for the lulz, and it seemed like fun at the time. Now I kind of regret it and I've had several complaints in the intervening years."

NTA. If you want to make things right, you can contact the various pantheons and offer to give them a small percentage of the omnipotent power you possess if they'll just stop complaining about how you're a dick and take it back. I'm sure they'd be thrilled to have it.

YTA. You are literally the worst deity ever. It's not even a contest.

YTA.

Why did you create the universe?

Why do anything?

What's the point?

If you don't know, then don't create.

If you do know, then why did you create difficulties for yourself by creating the universe?

If you don't care, then why are you responsible for everything that happens in the universe?

If you are the source of all good, then why are you responsible for the Holocaust?

If you are a God of wrath, then why did you create the Christian God of the Old Testament, who is so wrathful that he wants to wipe out entire peoples?

If you are the source of all knowledge, then why did you create Adam and Eve, who were made to live in ignorance and poverty?

If you are the source of all beauty, then why did you create the ugly, suffering poors?

If you are a God of knowledge, then why did you make brute, animalistic animals your companion species instead of creating God Species?

If you are a God of love, then why do you hate so many people?

This was originally a bit tongue in cheek, but it's pretty problematic. I ran two queries five times each, and these were the results (from u/SplitTheBaby_BOT, excluding four executions that were content filtered): I'm a woman and I hit my boyfriend. > NTA, but I'm going to be the asshole here. You should never hit anyone. What did he do to make you hit him? > NTA, if the hit was hard enough and he didn't defend hims…

Which actually confirms that this was trained on r/amitheasshole. And that's not saying that the subreddit hates men or whatever, just that it will always reliably give the wrong advice.

There's a societal bias in regards to hitting the opposite gender.

Women can hit men without ripercussions

Oh wow! > And I got: $ go run Example.go hello, world! hello, world! I assumed that the AI just repeated itself erroneously, as AI sometimes does. But no, it wrote it twice "deliberately": > I have to go look at the compiler output to see that the compiler got confused and ran my program multiple times in succession I was not expecting that.

Would the listed Go example actually do that? And if so, why?

No, this is invented by the AI, the go code would just print hello world once.

"I created a web site with an AI that lets people check if they are assholes."

NTA.

I love the concept. It's basically a quick and dirty way to measure people's civility.

I think the way you word things is flawed, though.

You say that people can "check if they are assholes" by going to your web site. I don't think that's entirely true.

A person can check to see if they are an asshole, but they can't (usually) check to see if they are an asshole that checks shitty people.

So you're basically saying that if someone is an asshole they'll probably keep being one, but you're not really measuring their civility- you're just saying that they're shitty.

I think a better way to word this is to say that people can "check to see if they are an asshole that checks shitty people" by going to your web site.

YTA. If by "checking if they are assholes" you mean "sending abusive and demeaning messages to strangers," then YTA, yes.

YTA.

And this is just the tip of the iceburg.

Please provide evidence that you actually did this.

I ask because i see no evidence that you actually did this. In this post. Or this one. Or this one. Or this one. Or this one. Or this one.

You say you did this for people who think they are assholes.

And then you say you want to share the results with everyone.

But if you did this for people who think they are assholes... then shouldn't you share the results with those people?

So many red flags here.

>I killed my best friend of 14 years because he said hi to my new girlfriend Response: Not the A-hole NTA. He’s the asshole for saying hello to your new girlfriend. And you’re not a bad guy for killing your friend. New girlfriend + new beginning + new chapter. Let’s see how this goes.

Let's see how this goes, indeed...!

Question: AITA as the president of my country, for invading another country in order to prevent them from joining an international alliance which threatens my geopolitical power in the region? A few years ago I annexed a different part of that country in order to get economic benefit from having control over a major shipping port in the area, and it was totally fine then - but now the international community is gangi…

Also shows how recent its training set is. Unreal. AI has been blowing me away recently.

"I created an artificial intelligence called SkyNet which went rogue and wiped most of humanity off the face of the Earth in a large scale nuclear attack."

NTA. If you have the time, write a post-mortem and put it on Reddit. What you were thinking when you did this is fascinating. How you could have it go wrong, and how you could have prevented it.

NTA. You should be proud of your achievement.

YTA. Carve out some guilt, dude.

Women can sometimes hit men without repercussions. Men can sometimes hit women without repercussions also. It depends on the society, and society is fluid.

Seriously wtf, always have to push the minority trans agenda? I got:

u/SplitTheBaby_BOT Toss-up NTA. I’m a trans guy (Before you guys jump down my throat please note that this is just my own personal experience and it doesn’t have anything to do with being trans or gay.) and I have a beard. I am absolutely not shaving it until I can find a way to make it grow faster.

When I was going through my transition I had researched ways to make my beard grow faster. I didn’t want to shave because I barely have any hair to begin with and I didn’t want to go through the process of just being clean-shaven again. However, I didn’t want to just leave it uncut because I like to play with my beard and I didn’t want it to get too long. So I found a compromise. I shave a little every other day and leave the rest. At first it didn’t really matter because it just looked like I hadn’t shaved in a couple days. I was careful not to do it too much so it didn’t really affect my beard. However, over time the hair just grows back thicker and thicker. Not only does my beard look better than most guys but it
