Maybe the arrows are a video game reference? I still don’t see a groyper tie there. Doesn't seem that way to me. Tyler Robison thought Charlie Kirk was "Full of Hate and spreading hate", that is something left wingers would say, you see that sort of language all the time on the left wing parts of reddit, not some other right wing faction.
