1) Nobody should ever die for what they say. 2) Nobody should ever get arrested for saying it was good that someone died, or that they're not sad about it, or that the world is better off without them, or that they were a hateful person, or any number of other things someone might say.
3) Nobody should ever get arrested for saying that everyone should get over the death of someone, but it seems that we've already passed this point. Are people going to need to protest with blank signs next year?
