I 100% acknowledge that there is likely someone out there who is an amazing “10x developer” that works out of a van. But, on average , not having a desk means lower productivity.

So you hire only "10x developers"?

I was using “10x developer” as an equivalent to “a great developer”.

I try to only hire great developers.

(I don’t literally believe that there are developers 10x better than the average)
