Literally the first thing I thought when I read how claude counts usage is "I need to set up a cron job to do one claude request before I wake up, so my work day is split in half on the 7 hour bucket times. So probably 5AM, my tokens reset at 12, then reset again at 7.
though I personally just make a single request right when I wake up, before making coffee.

That said, I think the startup book, blog, Tweet, and LinkedIn think piece world went a little overboard with the "ship your MVP early" concept. For a while I was seeing little startups proudly ship things that just didn't work or lacked key features. The only real-world feedback they were getting was that the product was incomplete.
If you burn your early customers badly, you lose precious advocates. In my opinion you're doing the right thing by shipping features for your customers.
It is possible to over-focus on a few vocal customers, though. A common trap for small companies is to get into a relationship with 1 or 2 very vocal customers who will act like they're giving you insights into what the industry wants, but in reality they're just telling you what you want to hear in order to specialize your software for them. It's important to go out and validate the new feature requests with the broader market.

There are dozens of solid vibe coding CLIs (soon probably hundreds, a new one is released every week), yet the only one that is guaranteed to be discussed 24/7 here is Claude Code, the other ones might as well not exist in comparison. The talking points are always the same, too: the expensive $200 plan and the fact that it's actually an amazing deal that everyone should buy are guaranteed to be brought up every time, hell, it's the top comment on this very post.
I'm beginning to see it brought up in unrelated posts all the time, too: "I made something like this with Claude Code", "I implemented this by letting Claude Code run overnight", and so on. Combined with posts like this one where people obsess over it to the point that it almost seems like satire (there's another post on the front page right now talking about how it's literally magic and how you should let it run wild on your prod servers), it's starting to feel more like a cult than anything else.
