Zero. I dislike the idea of using bitcoin for currency speculation, though I look forward to using it for normal transactions sometime in the future when it stabilizes and when buying/selling them on demand becomes more streamlined. Basically I am interested in "bitcoin, the cryptocurrency", not "bitcoin, the investment".
There are several bars and restaurants in my neighbourhood that accept BitCoin, so I'm happy to have some for day-by-day use. Especially as most places in Berlin don't accept cards

If everybody here had ~10 bitcoins, that would only be enough for ~1,100,000 people in the world to own bitcoins. If Bitcoin ever becomes mainstream... most people will have well below 0.01 BTC in their wallets at any given time.
That makes me wonder if they'll come up with names for fractional bitcoins just because people hate dealing with decimals.

#106For me, it's the chicken + egg problem -- the merchants that sell the stuff I want to buy don't accept them. So I don't have any BTC.

And this is why you should keep a txt file with all your passwords uploaded to dropbox, trust me.
