#108If you've been in therapy for 7 years, something tells me that you're unlikely to get the help you need by chatting to somebody anonymous here. See a doctor and get a prescription for an anti-depressant (prozac, etc.). I've heard they can often be very effective in a few days-weeks time, even where years of therapy are not.
If you'd read the entire message, you'd know he already has many prescriptions.

Some missing sunlight can be replaced by artificial vitamin D. I sometimes felt depressed in winter, and taking about 4000 IUs daily has completely done away with that, without going outside more often.
