Just tried it, and it's great! I like that the blocked posts are retained and minimized/greyed out. That way I can see that it's blocking 90+ percent of the posts.

You can custom filter this with uBlock origin but sometimes linkedin changes the content blocks (e.g. from “x commented” to “x left a comment”) so you’ll need to do some maintenance.
Also, if you filter all the junk linkedin throws you’ll get some delay as ublock filters everything out.

If that were true, wouldn't shadowbanning a worker, who entrusted the monopoly to be matched with job market opportunities, be arguable grounds for a lawsuit for great economic/existential harm?

Do you have any sources for this? (Even anecdotal such as conversations with people in the know) I recently built myself a good tool that blocks all sponsored, promoted and recommended posts, and it's been incredible. This information if true would be a genuine concern!

#110Something I discovered recently: if you stop following everyone you’re connected to, Linkedin’s feed breaks so you get this by default. I can still interact with everyone normally, send messages, etc, but I do not see any Linkedin content, ads, etc. Do not miss it.
That used to be the case, and I loved the empty feed. But, i noticed that it started showing me the default feed of all the AI slop people post which linkedin thinks is relevant to my field. The current way that worked for me was to select ‘Chinese - Simplified’ as the language and since I don’t understand it, I am not remotely curious to read the cringe. I now Only see if there is any messages i receive (which aren’t translated). Basically, in and out of the website in 15 seconds if no messages/connect request! Works like a charm for now.
