I’m not sure what your point is. These contracts between seller and merchant were voluntary. There are other hospitals available should you choose, and if not then you have no one to blame but yourself.
I'm guessing you've never been placed on an involuntary psych hold, or woken up at a hospital after an accident left you incapacitated.
