Frankly, this is better than what is normally submitted to HN for things like this. Usually it's a web page about someone talking about how deep links in apps mean better engagement, offer up a blog post of the top 10 reasons... on the company blog for a company that tries to sell this very service.

Is the book any good though? Us Non-US users would be interested to know.
