It's SFW, no worries.

The point isn't whether the actual content SFW or not, picking a TLD that's inappropriate for most workplaces is probably not a great idea.

I think it was an attempt at humor, but just completely missed the mark.

It obviously was a joke but still how is donating money to children in Uganda helping to calm angry feminists down? I'm confused.

Considering the emphasis in the following sections, I think that you are correct:

Also, is there an actual product here? This just looks like a webpage that is advertising Vim usage to me. Pretty sure the entire page is meant to be a joke, probably referencing/mocking some other page that I'm not aware of.

I mean, what's the actual fear? That you will be reprimanded for visiting the site by somebody who does not actually bother to visit the site to see that it isn't porn? Seems like a pretty easy thing to explain.
