#12It's not a lie* just a poor visualization, omitting anything but the top 5 and remapping that to the visual 100% of a pie chart, yes a better way would be to add a slice for "others", but at least all of the top five are distorted equally. Certainly not best practice for pie chart but not a deliberate lie, until proven otherwise.

*By definition almost every visualization is a lie, since some kind of selection or generalization has to take place to make it comprehensible.
