In a country where more households have TV sets than lavatories This seems insane. Indoor plumming is perhaps somewhat involved but what about outdoor lavatories? Maybe my image of rural Britain having outhouses everywhere is mistaken or occurred at a latter stage of development...

Think that's insane? What about this:
