I'm not sure I wish these designs existed. Billy May's Hindsight seems like a good idea, but I think the brain's visual cortex has its hands full processing what your eyes see as is. I'm not sure you can add more information just by using lenses, shift it maybe, change the view, but I don't think your brain will process more . What I really like about the bicycle is that there is no visible mechanism for conveying power to the rear wheel. Maybe some sort of gear/bearing arrangement inside the rear casing?
