The logical leap from "I feel lonely" (which is absolutely valid) to "remote work is bad" is simply blunt overgeneralization. i don't think employers are going to see this guy's personal blog post and try to change company policy based on it lol. calling it a 'disservice' is hyperbolic. however, i agree that the title is a generalization
Well, I don't mean this post specifically, but from personal experience one of such opinions (often taken out of context as well) is enough for them to make a baseless decision like that.

If I work from home, then I will always be at work I reasoned. But by the time I had accepted to work from home, this was already the case.
