What was the original salary given a 100X increase in productivity? If they get a 50X salary, maybe 20K USD? Maybe I don’t understand how this works.
Five-digit salary times 100x hits a million:
$60,000 * 10 * 10 =~ 10e6
Really doubt tens of millions, but at that point ICs could also be VCs.

Five-digit salary times 100x hits a million: $60,000 * 10 * 10 =~ 10e6 Going from 60k to 600k to 6m. Probably won't be six million but maybe closer to 1m. A million a year is still "in the millions." Really doubt tens of millions, but at that point ICs could also be VCs.

True. Reading again, their 10X folks will become a hundred times more productive, with AI being that (single order of magnitude) force-multiplier. So six-figure multiplied by ten is in the millions, I guess.
