If I where the officer in front of a reving car my instinct would be to move out of the way, not pull my gun and fire at the driver.

This is the way American law enforcement acts all the time, usually around black people. I guess it's just shocking when it happens to a white person.

This is false. In the video LEFT-full-duration-WARNING-GRAPHIC.webm [1] you can see she is making an effort to move out of the way, but is being careful as to not hit other folks around her and even waves other ICE officers to drive around her while she waits her turn.

From 0:03 onwards, one ICE agent told her to move and the other told her to get out of the car. This is after they walk up to her and start hassling her.

This is also false. She wasn't accelerating at full speed, nor was the cop right in front of the car.
