Don't leave the UK out of your criticism. Free speech there can be rewarded with jail time. And don't leave out the dystopian Big Tech surveillance ... here come the downvotes. Sure you guys are all making six figures or more, but what is the price? Guilty until proven innocent surveillance, unreasonable search and seizure. Unconstitutional, anti-American theft of communications.

In some ways, I agree and in others, we’re still very far away from it. Germany had extra-judicial killing squads terrorizing communities, that still seems very far away for us. If he does send troops to Chicago as he says he intends to, the court challenges are going to be critical.

Today's situation seemed very far away from us 6 months ago.

But also not at all surprising to those of us that were paying attention 6 months ago (or, more accurately, for the past decade).

I'm continually shook that America voted for the man that explicitly said he was going to be a dictator.
