At no point did I say the US was zionist, or not zionist. I stated they placed sanctions. Modern Israel has existed for more than a century now. Longer than Palestine as a place, after the Ottomon empire fell. Both peoples have existed in the Middle East, and in that area for thousands of years. I find few people that think Israel shouldn't exist. Do you have any sort of surveys, indicating that most people on the planet think Israel should bot exist? It's a very weird assertion.

Modern Israel came into existence in 1947-1948.

There are currently Israeli lawmakers calling for crippling sanctions against Israel, as well as Israeli citizens protesting in the streets of Tel Aviv. At this point it's not entirely clear if the Israelis want Israel to exist under Netanyahu's leadership.

You mean the letter to the Guardian [1]? There were two former lawmakers who signed it, no current ones.

It was quite hard finding quotes from her by googling. Lot's of articles saying anti semitic or Hamas supporter but no quotes of what she said. I had a look at her xittter and there's more horror at starving children. I think the Zionist lot may be Streisand affecting themselves here.
