Er, why would I write an ad for Kagi? Nothing in it for me! I’m writing up some thoughts having used it for a couple of months. It’s what I do on my blog ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

for that sweet ad revenue

what are you talking about?

Changed the title. Better?

The link is now broken.

Yes, I edited the original post to have a new title which gave it a new URL but I can't edit this submission. I've tried to hide it but I have no idea what that means. I've emailed hn@ycombinator.com to just delete the lot :(

I like kagi, too, but this not a review, is it?

Yeah this is just an ad.

Maybe I'm easily deceived, but it looks exactly like what it porports to be to me - thoughts of someone with no affiliation to Kagi apart from being a paid customer after using it for two months.

Given he's used Google since the google.standford.edu days and his opinion of DDG match mine, this was interesting to read:

> search results - easily on-par with Google

Given how Microsoft has failed at that with Bing after 16 years of trying, that's an impressive achievement.

The title used to be "A review of Kagi search", while the article is not at all a review.

OP changed the title but not the article.
