So should heterosexual couples also be hidden? After all, being perceived seems to be "shoving it down others throats". I want them to take down every show with a married couple cast. And all resources on marriage, love, or children? Right into the pyre. Or can we at least be honest and just say it's about erasing the queer community yet again ? It seems there should be a way to identify "those abnormal people" so that we can keep our children away from them? We wouldn't want them polluting our kids with subversive ideas about gender that are not accepted canon. I don't know, maybe they could wear something? Like maybe a yellow star or something like that?
